A local AI video clipper and subtitle engine designed to extract viral hooks, generate word-by-word animated captions, and apply smart face cropping. The system operates 100% offline and features dynamic animated subtitles, split-screen mode for multi-speaker podcasts, automatic emoji overlays, whip-pan transitions, and a background music mixer.
